To our California friends,
It is with great sadness we write to inform that the Quatre Con, April 9 - 11, 2010 in Sacramento California has been rescheduled due to a lack of vendor and sponsorship funding. Without proper funding in place our goal could not be met to start the curtail advertisement needed to insure the success of the show for both vendors and attendees alike. This has left us with no choice but to reschedule this event for 2011.
We are currently planning a New Orleans version of Quatre Con. The dates are to be announced. We have brought on a new, experienced, and skilled marketing/PR crew. With this addition we are confident that New Orleans will be a great success.
Again we apologize and thank you all for your understanding at this very frustrating time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact our manager directly at manager_quatrecon.com.

P.S. We have received many inquiries concerning a January event in Vallejo. This is not true there is no event scheduled for January by Quatre Con. There is only the Sacramento event scheduled for 2011. Sorry for any confusion.

Unless noted otherwise, all celebrities will be available for signings during Quatre Con Program Hours.
All celebrities set their own prices for autographs. Quatre Con management has nothing to do with price setting. It is also up to the celebrities if they charge for a photograph with them.
In some cases celebrities may not be able to attend the convention as scheduled due to professional or personal issues that are out of the event managements control, and in this case it will be posted but no refunds will be offered. No exceptions.

Quatre Con Event Management LLC has devoted itself to the cause for curing childhood illness and assisting in quality of life for children.
By partnering with Scares That Care we intend to raise awareness of childhood diseases, research and outreach. The children deserve our protection. Help us to cure, teach, protect, and nurture the children in America.
Quatre Con has dedicated to donate 5% of each ticket sold to Scares That Care.
Scares That Care! is a not-for-profit organization that provides money, toys and other items to help sick children.
Led by horror film director and retired police officer Joe Ripple.
Scares That Care! functions solely on the generosity of horror fans, or those who just like to help kids. There are several ways to provide your support.
All proceeds go to the kids;
we keep nothing!

Quatre Con 2011 Ticket Options
All tickets purchased are non-refundable and can not be returned.
The management, the staff, and/or its associated members are not responsible for accidents of any kind, property damage, or theft while at the event.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without refund.
If any ticket holder is found to be under the influence or causing a disturbance while attending the convention, or any events associated with the event, they will be escorted from the convention center or event without a refund.
If you violate any building or convention rules you will lose your ticket status and will be banned from the convention without a refund.
If any guest is caught stealing from a vendor, attendee, or special guest the local authorities will be notified and you will be removed and banned from the convention without a refund.
No refunds of any kind will be offered unless the event is cancelled by the event management or a natural disaster prevents the event from occurring. In the event of a natural disaster, a refund will only be given if management can not find a suitable and reasonable venue replacement.
Pets will not be allowed inside the convention area, unless they are trained Guide Dogs
